HOW TO BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE

Visualize yourself as you want to be:

Visualizing means seeing with mind eyes. When a man imagines something, then the image of the mind is called visualizing. Everyone has an aim in life. Without aim a man is the same as a ship without radar. To fulfill your dream you need to be diligent, patient, smart, timeless, self-controlled, confident, and so on. Hold your dreams in your mind and start hard working confidently. To boost your confidence you need to visualize yourself as you want to be. It will boost your confidence and encourage you to be diligent. Suppose you want to be a pilot. Now imagine that you are flying a plane. It will increase your willpower. And then you will become crazy to be a pilot. So every time you need to visualize yourself as you want to be. 

Help people in need:

Another burning task of boosting confidence is helping people in need. But how? Helping others in their need makes you liberal-minded gradually. Helping people in their need makes you understand the reality of suffering people which will affect your future plans and dreams. Similarly by being helped people pray for you and plaudit of you which will broaden your mind and boost your confidence. 

Create personal boundaries:

Personal boundaries mean one's own limitations in his living life. It also means discipline. If we make limitations to our daily lives, work, attitudes, and time passing we can make effective use of our time. We can control ourselves and become diligent which will help to complete our wishes. Personal boundaries resist you from evil working. And it will freshen your mind and boost your confidence. Suppose you limit your playing time to 1 hour a day. When the time's over, you play no more on that day. This will save you time and concern you about your aim. And likely increase your confidence. 

Care for yourself:

To boost your confidence you must take care of yourself. Illness kills one's concentration and confidence. Illness inhibits your job. So you should care for yourself. Go to bed early and rise early. Eat food to fill one of three portions, drink one portion, and put vacant the remaining. It will keep your belly sound. Walk after eating. Exercise regularly. Maintain diet. Eat nutritious food. Drink 6/7 glasses of water regularly. Follow the rules of hygiene. Remove your monotony by going on a trip.

Get uncomfortable:

 Getting uncomfortable means feeling uneasy about something. When a man doesn't feel free to get something is called uncomfortable. When you will start feeling uncomfortable with evil workshops and leave the place you will remain safe. And thus your confidence can be boosted up. 

Take one daily risk every day:

To hold your confidence take one daily risk every day. It's a big challenge to fulfill our aim. Success can't be possible without risk. Risk means the possibility of something bad happening. If we plan for our everyday tasks and take it as a challenge. Then we can take risks. By taking risks our experience will increase as well as our confidence will be increased. 

Dress better:

Better dress plays an important role in changing our minds. From the primary school level, we all have a dress code. But if our dresses would not adjust with us, we would feel too uncomfortable and irritated. Similarly in a viva-voce if we don't get better dressed, we cannot concentrate on our preparation and we will lose. So to boost our conference we need to have better dresses. 

Kill negative thoughts:

Idle brain is an evil workshop. So make the best use of your time. Otherwise, you will be lost in the deep water of evil's sea. Make the habit of saying "no" to negative thoughts. Kill them and stay safe. Pray regularly. It will save you from negative thoughts. Negative thoughts mean the tendency to do misdeeds or bad jobs, Which will prevent you from fulfilling your aim. So if you can kill negative thoughts, it will boost your confidence. 

Set small goals and achieve them:

Set small goals regularly. Divide your work in a regular basis. Then complete a daily task every day. Common goals like challenges can make you mentally strong. If you regularly set small goals and can achieve them, you become more confident than before. 

Exercise and stay healthy & fit:

Exercise makes your body fit for work and boosts your mind's confidence. Everyday exercise makes your bones strong, and it also becomes the way to harvest your brain. Without a fresh mind, one cannot do anything perfectly as well as a weak body does not prefer hard labor. So to keep sound health and sound mind do regular exercise. It will increase your confidence. 

Change small habits:

People are slaves to habit. But one cannot change habits within a moment. In every sphere of life we need to face different situations. To adapt to situations we need to change our habits.  So if we try to change small habits again and again, we will be able to change our habits easily which will boost our confidence.
